A simple DIY underarm detox recipe
You can support your transition with a simple bentonite clay detox:
- Mix 1 tsp bentonite clay with ½ tsp water + ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
- Apply a thin layer to the underarms
- Leave for 4–6 minutes
- Rinse gently with warm water
- Repeat once daily for 10–14 days.
(Some people prefer replacing ACV with water or adding coconut oil for extra softness.)
